Herbal Resources: We must wade through lots of information to find the good stuff, and herbalism is no different. If you would like an herbal consult, feel free to contact me. Here are some sources of good information and products from within the herbal world.

Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine: I may be biased as this is where I did herb school, but they are an incredible resource for in person and online classes. And Thomas doesn't mess around with who he chooses to work with.

Matthew Wood: One of my teachers. world-renowned herbalist and herbal historian. The Practice of Traditional Western Herbalism is a great book to start with, and read many more time, for an introduction to one of the approaches of Western Herbalism. All of his books are packed with wisdom and information.

Erika Galentin: If you come to me for reproductive issues, I'll probably be consulting with Erika at some point. She's a badass person and herbalist.

Jim McDonald: Jim's website is loaded with good information. If you have a chance to take one of his classes, do so.

PubMed: Western research is relatively scarce for herbs, but if it exists, it is most likely in here.
